VINEYARDS: Located in the Sonsierra region, at the heart of Rioja Alta.
VARIETIES: 100% Tempranillo
ELABORATION: Made with the traditional free-running method after maceration with the skins for around 21 hours to obtain the right colour. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 17ºC.
TASTING NOTES: Bright strawberry pink colour. Primary aromas of fresh fruit on a floral base. Wide in the mouth, fruity, round and very persistent. A harmonious and very pleasant finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8ºC (43-46ºF)
